Navigating ADHD Can Be Hard

You’re not alone—and things can change.

  • Wildly successful in some areas of your life, and deeply struggle in others

  • Feel overwhelmed, and yet procrastinate

  • Start strong, and then…

  • Constantly feel anxious

  • Say to yourself, “Why can’t I just…?”

  • Struggle in your personal relationships

  • Your ADHD partner says they’ll do something, and then forgets.

  • Same arguments over and over about chores, time, and follow-through.

ADHD can feel like you’re:

But here’s the deal.

ADHD is real. It isn’t a flaw, and you don’t need to try harder. Your brain works differently, and you can find the right strategy and support that works.

“ADHD isn’t about not knowing what to do, it’s about doing what you know.”

- Dr. Russell Barkley

Hi There

I’m Heidi Bledsoe

Imagine what it would feel like to stop fighting your brain and start working with it. To move from chaos and shame to clarity and confidence—whether you're managing ADHD yourself or supporting someone you love.

As a certified life coach and the neurotypical partner in a 25-year ADHD marriage, and two adult children with ADHD, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work.

I've been where you are—feeling overwhelmed, trying harder, and wondering why the same strategies that work for others don't work for you (or your partner).

Understanding ADHD changed everything for my family. After years of spinning plates and feeling like I was failing, coaching showed us how to work with ADHD brains instead of against them. Now I help others skip the struggle we went through and build relationships and systems that actually work.
