  • You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching. I’m a certified life coach with specialized training in ADHD.   • I can see clients from anywhere, as long as you speak English and my PST time zone works for your schedule.

  • If you are interested in paying for coaching services and acting as a “Sponsor” for a potential client, please know the coaching sessions are confidential.  Trust is important in the coaching relationship, and vital in the work we do. Therefore information will be limited to the number of sessions attended and invoice information.
