I’m Heidi Bledsoe

One thing I hear most often is “overwhelm”.  I get it. I’ve been there many times.

Imagine what it would feel like to be unstuck, less overwhelmed, feel less shame and frustration.  Instead of surviving each day, actually thriving.

As a certified life coach specializing in ADHD, I've learned WHAT WORKS, WHAT DOESN’T, AND THE INCREDIBLE POWER OF MINDSET.

In my coaching practice, I use evidence based techniques, tools and strategies to bolster the skills needed for tangible progress and empower my clients to thrive.

How to get started

  • Step 1

    Set up a free consultation call. This gives you a chance to ask questions and learn about the coaching process.

  • Step 2

    Coaching begins with an intake and discovery session where we’ll discuss your ultimate desired outcome and develop your custom roadmap.

  • Step 3

    Begin weekly sessions where we’ll dive deeper, clarify your “why”, build on your strengths, equip you with tools and strategies to compensate EF challenges and develop awareness around your unique ADHD . Sessions also include accountability check-ins via text or email.
