1:1 Dedicated Personal Sessions are 45 minutes and follow a general structure:
Quick Check-in - How you're doing and what's on your mind. Review the 3 minute “pre-session” worksheet that helps prepare and guide top of mind thinking, emotions, and where you’re feeling stuck.
Determine the desired outcome
Explore the topic with thoughtful questioning, reflective awareness, verbal processing, and being curious.
Discuss how ADHD may be impacting

You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching. I’m a certified life coach with specialized training in ADHD. Trust is important in the coaching relationship, and vital in the work we do. Therefore information will be limited to the number of sessions attended and invoice information.
